Updating and Accessing Important Information
Sycamore access information has been moved to the Parents page of this website. Go to Parents>Important Information and click the appropriate Sycamore link. If you do not have, or cannot find, your Sycamore Username and/or password, send an email here to request either or both.
If you need to make a change to the names authorized to pick up your student(s), you will not be able to do so through the Registration Portal anymore. You must send an email here from the email we have on file for you, listing the names, contact numbers and relationship. We will then notify the homeroom teacher and Extended Daycare of the change.
The 2014-2015 Parent/Student Handbook is also available on the "Parents" link on this website. The Daycare Handbook and information on the Hot Lunch program are also available on the "Parents" page.
60th Anniversary Celebration News
We are beginning to work on the activities to support our commemoration of our 60th year of service to our parish and the surrounding community. We will be offering all a chance to purchase a commemorative tile (or two or three) which can be inscribed in one of three ways. Pricing will depend on the level of interest, and we will be offering more information as we finalize designs and plans. If you would like to express your interest in purchasing a tile, please complete this form.
A gentle reminder to parents about walking with their student(s) all the way to the Inner Court, from the 2014-2015 Parent-Student Handbook:
"Parents who wish to park and walk their students to the Inner Court may enter at the driveway nearest Casa Santa Maria, park their cars in a designated parking space, accompany the student(s) through
the security fence, wait at the safety crosswalk, and walk with the student(s) to the Inner Court.
Students are not to walk in the parking lot without an adult. Adults should return to their vehicles via the safety crosswalk when available (Do not pass through the traffic line.) Please use caution at all times in the school parking lot.
At approximately 8:05a.m. the safety monitors close the gates and secure the school. After the gates are closed, you will need to park your vehicle and walk your child to the office or designated area."
Volunteers and those wishing to volunteer: Please make sure your fingerprinting and Safe Environment completion certificates are both current. It is currently taking 3-4 weeks to process fingerprints, so please plan accordingly. Anyone wishing to volunteer for the Jog-a-Thon should already have both items current. Thank you for your time!
ITBS testing begins Tuesday, Sept 23 and ends Friday, Sept 26.
