The primary academic goals of the St. Pius V are to provide a rich Catholic education that encourages students’ responsible and active scholarship, respectful interactions, healthy decisions, and clear communication. A student who graduates from St. Pius V has the strong academic and spiritual foundations to move to higher levels of education with a sense of confidence and mission.
Students integrate their faith and academics through such activities as:
- Annual Festival of Engineering, Arts, Science and Technology (FEAST) (Grades 6 – 8)
- Participation in the Chapman University Holocaust Art and Writing Contest.
- Teaming of older students as “reading buddies” for younger students, helping build support and encouragement across the student body.
- STEAM activities across all grade levels.
- Science camp
